JANAUARY 2026 EDITION

the jm zell report

Where fine wine, good company, and commercial real estate intersect

All,

The holiday season gave us a great opportunity to come together as a team and spend time around the table. Our holiday party was a reminder of how much we value good conversation, great bottles, and the energy that comes from sharing experiences together.

As we head into the new year, that momentum only grows. We’re excited for what 2026 has in store: more opportunities to eat,  drink, and discover delicious new products, and, inevitably, more reasons to buy even more wine!

Cheers,

Jeff & the JM Zell Team
