With more than 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Louis Kluger has a deep understanding of the real estate industry with regard to corporate portfolio strategy, finance, brokerage, marketing, investment sales and financial analysis.  Louis’ financial and analytical strengths underpin his abilities in crafting real estate strategies as well as performing site selection, negotiation, litigation expert witness and support and project management services. 

Louis has applied his experience, leadership and analytical abilities to various projects for clients ranging from major corporations, non-profit institutions, membership organizations, real estate investment trusts, emerging technology companies, family offices, property owners, and private and institutional investors.  Louis’ property type expertise includes office, multi-family, laboratory, distribution, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and land.

Working throughout the continental United States and Canada, Louis' notable project experience includes consolidation of regional corporate portfolio(s), state-of-the art ground-up campus development(s), headquarter lease transactions, sale-lease backs, acquisition and dispositions of income producing assets, owner-occupied user specific/non-specific facilities and developable land parcels, development, and finance. Additionally, Louis has specialized experience leading requirements that include 1031 tax exchanges, historic tax credits, and various other governmental incentive programs.

Louis is a licensed real estate broker in Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Tennessee.
