Brett is responsible for supporting private sector clients, institutions, and nonprofit organizations through financial analysis, market research, and asset valuation. Graduating with honors from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Minor in Real Estate, Brett brings experience in financial analysis, asset underwriting, and market reporting.  

Before joining JM Zell, Brett served as an intern at a large alternative asset management firm specializing in real estate, where he assisted in analyzing acquisition opportunities.
