Lawson supports clients and project teams across the private, education, and nonprofit sectors through project management, market research, and financial analysis. His experience supporting JM Zell Partners’ real estate development teams, particularly in project tracking and reporting, enables him to assist clients with project planning and strategic decision-making.

Before joining JM Zell Partners as a full-time Associate, Lawson spent three years with the firm as an Intern. In that role, he supported a range of real estate strategy and construction projects, gaining experience in financial modeling, bid leveling, RFP development, market analysis, client presentations, and coordination among internal teams and project stakeholders.

Lawson is a licensed real estate salesperson in the District of Columbia.
